1. Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Global Focus Limited (C 102766), trading as Anatolia Interiors, and the Customer. By placing an order, making a deposit, or signing a quote, the Customer unconditionally accepts these terms.

2. Bespoke & Personalized Goods (No Cancellation)
In accordance with Subsidiary Legislation 378.17 (Consumer Affairs Act), the right of withdrawal/cancellation is excluded for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Once the deposit is paid and production has commenced, the Customer has no right to cancel the order.

Any deposits paid are non-refundable as they cover the procurement of raw materials and customized labor.

3. 2-Year Statutory Legal Warranty
Anatolia Interiors provides a legal warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery, as mandated by Maltese law.

Proof of Defect: Within the first year, the burden of proof lies with the company; in the second year, the burden of proof shifts to the Customer to demonstrate the defect existed at the time of delivery.

Notification Period: The Customer must notify the Company of any lack of conformity in writing within two (2) months from the date of discovery. Failure to do so voids the warranty claim.

Remedies: The Company reserves the right to choose the most cost-effective remedy (Repair or Replacement) before a price reduction or contract rescission is considered.

4. Exclusions from Liability (Maximum Protection)
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, humidity, direct sunlight, or extreme temperature fluctuations.

Misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or the use of abrasive cleaning agents.

Minor aesthetic variations (grain, knots, color shading) inherent in natural wood, stone, or leather.

Products moved from the original installation address by unauthorized third parties.

5. Storage & Delayed Delivery Fees
If the Customer is unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, the Company reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee. After 30 days of delayed delivery by the Customer, the Company shall not be held liable for any deterioration of the goods.

6. Retention of Title
All goods remains the sole property of Global Focus Limited until full payment has been received. The Company reserves the right to reclaim goods from the Customer’s premises if payment is not completed as per the invoice terms.

7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs inspections, or global supply chain disruptions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the Laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts or the Consumer Claims Tribunal, as applicable.
